For example: Idaho Governor Butch Otter is proposing combining many departments to reduce costs and meet the state budget? Which departments might be combined that would benefit Idahons? Have the board or president brainstorm 12 topics and then bring the topics up each month as an e-mail to all members to invite improved conversation! From edgy to thought provoking a rich mix will help lifelong learners remain engaged in the present moment and inspire action where appropriate!
