    1) Have a way for bloggers to check out the ILLA website from within the blog so they can move back and forth transparently.
    2) Posts monthly topics to the website and then blogs associated to them….have them idaho centric and outcome based. For example: Idaho Governor Butch Otter is proposing combining many departments to reduce costs and meet the state budget? Which departments might be combined that would benefit Idahons? Have the board or president brainstorm 12 topics and then bring the topics up each month as an e-mail to all members to invite improved conversation! From edgy to thought provoking a rich mix will help lifelong learners remain engaged in the present moment and inspire action where appropriate! Best wishes, Kevin
